Digital Portfolio™ provides users with the ability to create personal or business websites and digital business cards easily and affordably. Our platform is designed for everyone, regardless of budget or technical skill, empowering users to establish a professional online presence with minimal effort.
3. User Accounts
To access certain features of our platform, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current, and complete.
3.1 Account Security
Digital Portfolio™ employs secure technologies to protect our platform and users' data. However, you are also responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account.
4. User Content
You are solely responsible for any content you create, upload, or display on your website or digital business card using our platform. Digital Portfolio™ does not claim ownership of your content.
By using our services, you retain all rights to your content and grant Digital Portfolio™ a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host and display your content solely for the purpose of providing our services to you. This license allows us to operate the platform effectively and is revoked upon termination of your account.
4.1 Prohibited Content
You agree not to create a website using our platform for sharing content that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.
5. Free Trial and Payment Terms
5.1 Free Trial
Digital Portfolio™ offers a free trial period of 5 to 7 days for new users. During this trial, you can explore all the features of our platform without any cost.
5.2 Premium Membership
Upon the conclusion of the free trial, you have the option to become a premium member by selecting a subscription plan and providing payment information. By becoming a premium member, you agree to pay all fees associated with your selected plan.
5.3 Non-Refundable Payments
All payments made for premium memberships are non-refundable. Once you have transitioned to a paid subscription, you acknowledge that you will not receive a refund for any fees paid.
6. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our sole discretion, without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms and Conditions.
7. Indemnification
You agree to protect and compensate Digital Portfolio™, its affiliates, and their employees for any legal claims or issues that arise from your use of our services or if you break any of these Terms and Conditions. This means that if someone makes a claim against us because of something you did (like using our services inappropriately), you will cover any costs we incur, including legal fees.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website. Your continued use of our services after any changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms and Conditions.
9. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ethiopian constitution, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
